“We will honor the memory of this young visitor.” A year of nine years lost his life in the American Aquatic Park of HersheyPark, located in the state of Pennsylvania. The drama occurred on Thursday, July 24 in one of the structures of the theme park, as confirmed by its CEO with ABC News.
The boy “was tragically lost in the promenade of HersheyPark,” said John Lawn, CEO of HersheyPark, to the US media.
“As soon as our rescuer team acknowledged that a child was in danger, he made an immediate rescue, followed by continuous and coordinated rescue efforts of our rescuers, the first interested in the site and medical staff,” he said.
Despite his immediate transfer to the nearest hospital and help to rescue him to relive him, the child was declared dead. “We are deeply saddened by the loss of this child,” said John Law in his press release, broadcast on social networks, adding that “no personal information will be revealed at this time” about the child’s identity.
