The Israeli forces “are leading aggressive incursions to the city of Gaza”, the director of the government office of the Government in Hamas in Gaza, Ismaïl al-Thawabta, who denounced a “dangerous escalation” by Israel, told AFP on Wednesday.
These incursions take place “especially in the Zeitoun district and in the area surrounding the south of such Al-Hawa (…) and are” accompanied by intense bombings, belt and demolition of houses in the inhabitants, operations that intensified this week, “says this official.
“These assaults represent a dangerous escalation destined to impose a new reality on the field by force, through a burned land policy,” he said.
