“Given his detention periods, he will take around 17 years, since the latter has already fulfilled his sentence for three years,” said Sacramento prosecutor.
Acts already reported by victims
Among the victims, a former student, now 17 years old, has already attacked Kim Kenneth Wilson and the School District, for violations committed between 2014 and 2015. Abuses were also photographed.
The plaintiff and his council alleged that the twin rivers had not been able to supervise the teacher by letting him act during extracurricular activities, without exercising any control. And this, for several years.
