The Kremlin estimated this Friday, September 12 that the peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine to end the conflict were “rest”, a date had not been established in a next conversations session.
“The communication channels exist, are well established. Our negotiators have the opportunity to communicate with these channels, but for the moment, we can talk about a break,” said Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov, during their daily session in which the AFP participated in particular.
Conversations in Istanbul earlier this year did not allow real progress, apart from an agreement on the exchanges of war prisoners.
