New drone alert in Denmark, a briefly closed airport

A Danish airport again closed after an alleged drone flying, after several similar incidents qualified by Copenhagen as “hybrid attacks.”

Danish authorities have not currently established a link with these incidents, nor have they identified their origin. On Thursday, the prime minister put Frederiksen denounced “hybrid attacks” and warned that drone flying “could multiply.”

“There is mainly a country that represents a threat to Europe’s security, namely Russia,” he said.

Denmark is one of the main supporters of Ukraine against the offensive launched by Russia in February 2022. Moscow “denying” was involved in these general views, its embassy in Copenhagen denounced a “orchestrated provocation.”
