Ukraine launches video investigation into alleged executions of Russian prisoners

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has launched an investigation into the alleged execution of Russian prisoners by Ukrainian soldiers, following a complaint from Moscow about the appearance on social media of videos that appear to indicate this.
