One of the two men killed in the attack in front of a Manchester synagogue in the United Kingdom on Thursday, October 2 could have been affected by a shot of the police who intervened to neutralize the assailant, the local police chief said on Friday.
“One of the deceased victims seems to have suffered an injury compatible with a ball injury” which, unfortunately, could have been the tragic and unforeseen consequence of urgent actions taken by (the) officers to end this attack, “said Grand Manchester police chief Stephen Wilson, cited in a press release.
