The head of Ukraine’s diplomacy on Thursday pointed to Russia as “fully responsible” for the missile that hit Polish territory and killed two people, following a phone call with US counterpart Antony Blinken.
“We share the same view, according to which Russia is fully responsible for the terror caused by the missiles, and the consequences (of the attacks) on Ukraine, Poland or Moldova”said Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
Kuleba’s statements were distributed via the social network Twitter.
I called with @SecBlinken during another massive rocket attack on Ukraine this morning. We share the view that Russia fully bears its missile terror and its consequences on the territory of Ukraine, Poland and Moldova. 1/2

On Wednesday evening, Ukraine’s head of state, Volodymyr Zelensky, demanded access to “all records” from Kiev partners about the circumstances of the explosion in Poland, after reaffirming that the missile that killed two people was Russian.
The phone call between Kouleba and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken took place this Thursday morning, at the same time as Russian troops continued firing missiles into Ukrainian territory.
On the other hand, the Ukrainian minister praised the “critical assistance in defense matters” but asked for speed in “the delivery of anti-aircraft systems to Ukraine” so that Kiev can cope with the increase in Russian missile attacks.
On this issue, Kouleba appealed to Washington for the supply of “Patriot” missiles, a surface-to-air system using a radar system that is considered highly effective from a military point of view.
