Russian President Vladimir Putin declared on Monday, October 27, that relations between Moscow and Pyongyang are developing “as expected,” during a meeting in the Kremlin with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui.
“We talked in detail about our relationship.”
Vladimir Putin resumed his exchange in September in China with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. “In Beijing we talked in detail about our relations, our development prospects. Everything is going according to plan. I wish you the best,” he told the head of Pyongyang’s diplomacy, according to a video published by the Kremlin.
