Police sources cited by Spanish media revealed that the wounded man is an embassy official who had received the envelope that exploded.
The police received the alert from the Ukrainian embassy around 1:15 p.m. local time (12:15 p.m. Lisbon) and a security and anti-terrorist device was activated, including explosives experts and trained dogs who are inspecting the entire building, according to to the same sources.
