Ukrainian authorities said there were explosions in three cities this morning, accusing Russia of having launched a “major missile attack” against power plants and basic infrastructure.
The local Ukrainian authorities, through social networks, refer to explosions in kyiv, in Krivoy Rog (center) and in Kharkiv in the northeast of the country.
According to the same sources, audible warning alarms were fired at the population.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said via Telegram messaging system that the city is without power.
