The new balance of victims of the Russian attack that hit a building in Dnipro this Saturday refers to the death of 35 people, including two children, the regional government of eastern Ukraine reported on Monday.
“Thirty-nine people were saved, 75 were injured,” added Valentyn Reznichenko, the Dnipropetrovsk regional governor.
The same official added that another 35 people who were allegedly in the building at the time of the impact still need to be located.
The first balance indicated the death of 25 civilians, including a child.
On Sunday, Ukraine’s head of state, Volodymyr Zelensky, said 72 apartments were destroyed and more than 230 damaged, following the same attack, carried out from Russia’s Kursk region, by Moscow forces.
