The Russian army will this Thursday have tried to “eliminate” a group of Ukrainian “saboteurs” that had infiltrated the Bryansk region, on the border with Ukraine, the local governor announced, noting that one civilian was killed and one minor was injured. The Russian president speaks of a “terrorist attack” and Kiev says he is not aware of an alleged attack.
During a video conference, Vladimir Putin referred to “another act of terrorism, another crime”.
“They entered the border area, where they opened fire on civilians. They saw that it was a civilian car, that there were civilians and children,” Putin said during the video conference to mark the Year of the Teacher and Mentor.
“I repeat: they will not succeed, we will pressure them,” Putin said, quoted by Russia’s Interfax news agency, referring to “terrorists” and “neo-Nazis”.
“It is precisely these kinds of people who want to deprive us of our historical memory, our history, our traditions and our language,” the Russian head of state added.
The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, denounced this in Telegram “a reconnaissance and sabotage group infiltrated the locality of Lyubechane (…)”. “The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are taking all necessary measures to eliminate this group,” he said..
According to this Russian official, “the saboteurs opened fire on a moving vehicle,” resulting in the death of a civilian. A 10-year-old boy was injured and hospitalized, Bogomaz added.
According to Russian news agencies Ria Novosti, Tass and Interfax, citing witnesses and sources from the security and emergency services, the Ukrainian group was taking hostages. The AFP was unable to verify the information with independent sources.

Ukrainian authorities are not aware of the alleged attack on Russian territory. The Ukrainian border service, quoted by Ukrainian state television channel Suspiline, warns in Telegram that “the Russian armed forces may resort to provocations to discredit the armed forces of Ukraine”.
Kiev speaks of “deliberate provocation” of Moscow. Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to President Zelensky, wrote on social media that Russia “wants to frighten its people in order to justify an attack on another country”.
The sabotage group story in RF is a classic deliberate provocation. RF wants to scare its people to justify the attack on another country and the growing poverty after the war year. The partisan movement in RF is getting stronger and more aggressive. Fear your partisans…

Fears are growing that these reports from Russian authorities could be linked to a false flag attack.
According to Anton Barbashin, editor-in-chief of the online newspaper Riddle Russia, quoted by Sky News, Russian media have already suggested a Ukrainian invasion of the Bryansk region in recent days.
The Ria Novosti news agency reports that the Russian security service FSB has confirmed the attack on Russian territory and that “they are taking measures to destroy armed Ukrainian nationalists who violated the state border”.
Due to “the situation in the Bryansk region,” Russian President Vladimir Putin has canceled a trip, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“This is a terrorist attack. Measures are being taken to eliminate these terrorists,” said the spokesman for the Russian presidency, quoted by the news agency. Bag.
