Russian President Vladimir Putin said he has no plans to adjust Russian military operations in Ukraine, despite Russia’s withdrawal in the Kharkiv region: “We are in no rush…there is no change”
“The plan cannot be changed,” Putin told reporters at a regional summit in Uzbekistan. “Our offensive operations in Donbass itself have not stopped. They are moving at a slow pace… and the Russian army is occupying more and more new areas,” Putin said.
Moscow has been internationally condemned for invading neighboring Ukraine, but Putin has rejected blame for the ongoing fighting.
“Unfortunately, only the opposing side, the leadership of Ukraine, has announced that it rejects the negotiation process and stated that it wants to achieve its objectives with military means on the battlefield.”said.
The allegations come after Ukrainian President Zelensky claimed that “Russia leaves only death and suffering. Murderers. Torturers”said regarding the mass graves containing more than 440 bodies discovered this Thursday in Izium.
