A small Ukrainian plane crashed into a Russian region on the border with Ukraine this Wednesday and the pilot was arrested, the Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB), quoted by Russian news agencies, revealed.
“The plane crashed for unknown reasons near the village of Butovsk in the Bryansk region. The pilot [um cidadão ucraniano]who tried to flee to Ukrainian territory was detained by a border guard unit,” said the FSB, quoted by the agency Ria Novosti.
The military offensive launched by Russia in Ukraine on February 24, 2022 was justified by the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, with the need to “denazify” and demilitarize Ukraine for Russia’s security.
The military invasion was condemned by the international community at large, which responded by sending arms to Ukraine and imposing political and economic sanctions on Russia.
The United Nations Organization presented 8,451 dead civilians and 14,156 wounded as confirmed since the start of the war, underlining that these numbers are far below the real ones.
