The G7 countries approved new sanctions on Friday that “will starve the Russian war machine to death.”
The package leaves Moscow without access to technology produced in the G7 countries, such as industrial equipment and services that support Russia’s war efforts in Ukraine.
The measures announced in Hiroshima, explains Agence France-Presse, include restrictions on exports of materials “essential for Russia on the battlefield.
