Informative morning of TSF This Tuesday is marked by the last day of the referendums on the accession to the Russian Federation of the Ukrainian occupied territories of Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson. The US has warned that it is prepared to increase sanctions on the Russian Federation if it decides to annex the Ukrainian territories where these referendums are being held.
Images released by the US satellite company Maxar Technologies show long lines of cars leaving Russia at the borders with Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Everything indicates that these are Russian citizens who are trying to leave the country for neighboring countries after the partial mobilization decreed by Putin.
Scandinavian authorities detected two gas leaks in the Nord Stream 1 pipeline, hours after a similar incident occurred in Nord Stream 2. A situation that led the Swedish Maritime Authority to issue an alert.

In the BES/GES case, the judge who replaced Ivo Rosa, Pedro Santos Correia, canceled all the inquiries scheduled for this week. The decision comes after the lawyers in the case filed appeals to challenge the change of judges and after a precautionary measure against the dismissal of Ivo Rosa.
