Fuel prices fall again

Fuel prices fell sharply last week, even lowering the price of unleaded 95-E10 gasoline to 1.80 euros per liter.

Prices at the pump fell again last week. The most significant decrease is that of lead-free 95-E10: the price per liter has fallen by 3.8 cents, according to the latest data published this Monday (and stopped last Friday) by the Ministry of Ecological Transition. Instead of 1.8405 euros the price per liter of the previous week, the liter of SP95-E10 fell to 1.8021 euros last Friday on average in France.

The price of a liter of diesel has fallen below 1.70 euros, with a fall of 2.8 cents per litre. The liter of diesel is thus sold on average at 1.6752 euros per liter, a price that is added to the relatively low ones registered at the end of May.

relative stability

After a rise in prices in the spring, prices at the pump have remained relatively stable since the beginning of May, in a range between 1.60 and 1.70 euros per liter of diesel and oscillating between 1.80 and 1.85 euros the liter of 95-E10 without lead.

However, some large retailers have reactivated their fuel offers at cost price or at a discount, on the eve of the holidays, such as the E.Leclerc centers.
