Nearly 700 kilometers of traffic jams on the roads this Friday, especially between Lyon and Marseille

110 kilometers of traffic jams on the A7

Among the busiest axes is the A7 with a maximum of 110 kilometers of accumulated traffic jams in both directions, including more than 70 kilometers before 6:00 p.m. Bison smart was in particular 30 kilometers of traffic jams between Vaucluse and Drôme (in the return direction), and 20 kilometers of accordion traffic between Mercurol and Portes-lès-Valence in the Drôme.

The N165, between Nantes and Brest, the A9 (Gard) and the A61 between Narbonne and Toulouse were also well loaded, for a total of more than 566 kilometers of traffic jams throughout the territory around 6:00 p.m.

For this Friday, Bison Futé predicted many traffic jams at the exit of the main cities, in particular on the A10 at the exit from Paris. In the sense of returns, the traffic was announced as difficult at the national level and “very difficult” in the Mediterranean arc, in particular on the A8 and A9.

The A7, A9, A10, A11, A61, A71 and A75 motorways are announced as “particularly affected”, according to Bison Futé, who recommends in particular that motorists leave Ile-de-France before 7 am and avoid the A7 between Lyon and Orange from 5 am to 6 pm
