Two-wheelers have not forgotten about the new fuel allowance of 100 euros. In his press release, Matignon specifies the beneficiaries of this measure, including scooter and motorcycle drivers. Indeed, the aid will be applied “regardless of the type of vehicle (thermal, rechargeable hybrid, electric), including two wheels,” reads the executive’s press release.
To benefit from it, the conditions remain of course the same as for motorists. Must own a car, have a job, and have tax income less than 14,700 euros in the year, that is, 1,314 euros/month in 2021 for a single person, less than 3,285 euros for a couple with one child or a single woman with two children, less than 3,941 euros for a couple with two children or less than 5,255 euros per month for a couple with three children.

The request must be made on the site government impots.gouv.fr from the beginning of 2023. You will have to enter your NIF, the registration of your two-wheeled vehicle and make an affidavit that this aid will be used to finance the trips between your home and your work. Once the application is validated, the 100 euros will be paid a few days later to the taxpayer’s bank account.
Important detail for couples each with a motorcycle or scooter, this is personal assistance and not per household. Clearly, the two members will receive 100 euros each.
