Founded in 2001, Catella France currently has 80 employees and 3 main activities that revolve around 3 companies: Catella Property: specialized in business real estate advice (all types of assets except residential) for French and international institutional and private investors, within the framework of mandates for the sale or advice on the acquisition of individual assets or portfolios of assets; Catella Valuation: specialized in real estate valuation and advice of all asset classes on behalf of institutional and private investors, as well as banks; and finally Catella Residencial: expert in the commercialization of new and old residential properties, in blocks or by cut (sales & acquisitions) as well as in bare ownership. We are facing a real estate market that has become more granular, with investors looking to further diversify their assets with CSR objectives to integrate, the rise in interest rates, an essential readjustment of values, the provisions of the new PLU and the necessary transformation of the use of certain assets, or even the reduction of structured sales processes within the framework of mandates entrusted to the benefit of operations outside the market.

Catella Valuation continues to grow with, on the one hand, the arrival of 3 new employees in the last 12 months (Sébastien Jonvaux, Mathias Dunas and Antoine Leroux) and, on the other hand, the completion of many new expertise missions related in particular to portfolios of health assets. , shopping centers for listed real estate, funds and users, all in a complicated market context (few transactions, sharp rise in yields) and more demanding (taking into account ESG, regulatory restrictions, etc.).

Catella Residential is currently working on probably the best mandates in the area.
