Drones have been detected on a TotalEnergies platform in Denmark, according to Reuters.

Reuters reported on Thursday that TotalEnergies said it had observed “unauthorized drone activity” not far from one of its offshore platforms off the coast of Denmark. This is the Hafdan B platform, with no damage observed at the moment.

Denmark has also raised the security level of its electricity and gas sector in recent years, as pipelines carrying Russian gas leaked into the Baltic Sea.
“We have taken the necessary measures in accordance with our security procedures and are in close dialogue with the authorities,” he added.
