This amount is added to the exceptional bonus of 600 to 1,000 euros already paid in January 2022, specifies LVMH in a press release.

All employees will also have the possibility of monetizing up to 3 days of RTT, that is, 400 euros on average for a worker and 600 euros for a manager.

The bonus, however, did not calm the anger at Stellantis, as several factories left the day after the announcement, while the company has excellent financial results.

• SNCF

The SNCF railway group has “increased salaries by almost 6% on average” since the beginning of the year, indicates the management, with an increase of 3.1% on average in fixed salaries in July, with retroactive effect from the 1st of April, a bonus of 400 euros and an increase in vacation pay.

Bouygues will pay a “value sharing bonus” of between €500 and €1,000 depending on salary. “In addition to the annual salary review,” salaries increased in December 2021, March 2022 and September 2022 for a more than 6% increase in pay over a year in France, all measures combined, the group says.

• Crossing

Air France in mid-September gave a 5% salary increase to all its employees, along with a bonus of 1,000 euros for a full-time employee.

The increase will be “paid in advance” of NAO 2023 and will be gradually implemented in the coming months, the group said.

• Groupama

Employees of Groupama Assurances Mutuelles and its main subsidiaries received in December 2021 the “Macron bonus” of a maximum of 1,000 euros before an additional bonus of an amount between 400 and 850 euros, depending on salary.

TotalEnergies employees benefited in 2022 from a salary increase of 3.5% on average, according to the group, which announced this Wednesday an exceptional dividend of 2,620 million euros in total paid to its shareholders in December 2022.

The hydrocarbon giant will increase its investments in renewable energies by one billion euros, according to a press release published this Wednesday.

if we are interested to executives, the average increase for 2022 will be +2.5% and will increase to +3.4% next year. 70% of the companies surveyed expect individual increases of between +3 and +4%.

At the same time, companies will intensify the use of salary supplements such as increased reimbursements for daily travel expenses (31%) or increased reimbursements for travel expenses (28%).
