The President of the Board of Mutual banking group BPCENicolas Namias will succeed Philippe Brassac on September 1 as head of the French Banking Federation (FBF), the latter announced on Monday.
The owner of the bank, including the Banques Populaires and the Caisses d’Epargne, will perform this function for one year, in accordance with the statutes of the professional association. Philippe Brassac has chaired the federation since December 2022.
