Prices in the real estate market have risen exponentially across the country, creating a scenario where buying a home is getting more and more expensive. Yet there are ten streets in Portugal where real estate costs are particularly high, with more concentration in the Lisbon district, according to the ranking compiled by Idealista.
First on the list is Rua Garrett, in Chiadowhich, with prices averaging around 4,404,545 million euros, is the most expensive in the country. The podium of the luxury ranking is completed by Rua Melo e Sousa, in Estoril, with an average price of 3,417,142 million euros, and Rua das Palmeiras, in Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais that is approximately 3,187,636 million euros.
The fourth address with the most exclusive prices for buying a house is located on Rua Vítor Cordon, in the parish of Santa Maria Maior, in Lisbon (3,163,454 million euros), followed by the Condomínio Herdade da Aroeira, in Charneca da Caparica (3,019,000 million euros). euros) and Avenida General Carmona in Estoril, where the average price of luxury homes is around 2,970,000 million euros.
In seventh and eighth place respectively are Rua Birre, in Cascais, with houses at an average price of 2,904,117 million euros, and Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho, in Alvalade (2,674,636 million euros).
The list of the ten most expensive streets in the country is completed by Rua de Buenos Aires, located in Estrela, in Lisbon, worth around 2,670,000 million euros, and by the Pine Cliffs urbanization, in Albufeira, where average prices of also EUR 2 670 000 million.
