A focus of attention for “France Services” houses. The Government will launch a communication campaign on Thursday to promote this network of counters that group several public services in the same place to allow administrative procedures to be carried out. They bring together, among others, Pôle emploi, Health Insurance, the Postal Service, the National Agency for Guaranteed Documents and Public Finance.
Currently around 800,000 administrative procedures are carried out each month in the “Services France” houses and the government plans to reach 1 million procedures per month by 2025.
Posters and social networks.
In addition to the specific website, the executive wants to take advantage of this new communication campaign to increase attendance at France Services centers. Posters, based on photographs of several France Services advisors, will be placed on 15,000 panels in France and will also be distributed on social networks (Facebook and Snapchat). Territorialized versions at the departmental level are also in the program (a map of the centers is added).
Created four years earlier, initially based on already existing “public service houses”, the France Services network aims to compensate for the lack of local public services in certain areas of French territory, especially in rural areas and priority neighborhoods. There are currently 2,600 certified centers spread across mainland France and overseas, and 150 more centers should open before the end of the year, the executive promised.
