Donald Trump entered the Israeli parliament where he received a standing ovation this Monday, October 13, a few hours after the release of the last 20 Israeli hostages held until then in the Gaza Strip by Hamas.
Members of the House and galleries rose to greet the American president, before applauding him for a long time. Applause is “exceptionally permitted” during this session, said Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana.
