To do this, the Job’N’Roll team, made up of just under ten employees, searches for suitable profiles on all platforms, with the aim of being the fastest and most agile according to the needs of the recruiter and the candidate. But Job’N’Roll enables this youth-employer relationship primarily on its website.
From student work to qualified employment in a start-up
Job’N’Roll continues to grow and aims to have about thirty employees by the end of 2023, beginning of 2024. The company wants to raise funds from investors worth one million euros next year.
The turnover of French startups increased by 23% between 2020 and 2021, revealed the barometer France Digitale and EY. However, there is still the difficulty of hiring young people (25-30 years old) with the appropriate skills for the sector. Job’N’Roll, connects start-ups and candidates, after filtering the right profiles, particularly in the dirty and the customer success.
