Black Friday, a commercial operation that now returns every November, will not forget the train. If the SNCF, unlike previous years, does not offer a special operation at national level for this large commercial sequence, others do.
Trainline, the main competitor of SNCF Connect, offers a 20% reduction on the very profitable Carte Avantage, that is, a reduction of 9.80 euros on a base price of 49 euros for one year. The offer is valid from this Tuesday until December 2, it is limited to 18,000 subscriptions.
This is “a unique offer on the market, as far as we know, that allows our customers to benefit from even more competitive prices. On average, an Advantage card is paid from the third trip,” says Christopher Michau, general director of Trainline in France.
Reduced fares on Renfe
Remember that this card allows you to have a 30% discount on TGV Inoui and Intercités tickets. In case of heavy traffic on a trip, the price increases but cannot exceed a certain limit.
Therefore, the SNCF offers levels and guarantees a price of 49 euros for a trip of less than 1h30, 69 euros for a trip between 1h30 and 3h and 89 euros for a trip of more than 3 hours even at the last minute.
As for the operator Renfe, present in France with two connections with Spain, the Superprix operation is offered for trips made in 2025 from 15 euros.
These tickets can be purchased from today until December 1 on the website www.renfe.com.
Specifically, trips to France are available from 15 euros, with the possibility of traveling in Choose Confort class for 5 euros more.
International trips to Madrid and Barcelona, from or to Montpellier and Nimes, start from 29 euros, while international trips, from or to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Valence and Lyon, are available from 39 euros.
