The text of the Minister of Labor Olivier Dussopt, which was the subject of a compromise between deputies and senators, was validated by 242 votes against 91. It activates the possibility, by decree, of modulating certain unemployment insurance rules depending on the labor market situation, Emmanuel Macron’s campaign promise.
