More than one in three executives says he uses generative tools for artificial intelligence (AI) in the professional framework at least once a week, according to an APEC study published on Tuesday.

The investigation of the Association for the use of executives shows that 35% of executives use tools such as Chatgpt, Copilot or Gemini with great regularity: 12% of them say they use it every day or almost and 23% at least once a week.

The 14% that indicates the use of AI at least once a month, 13% less than once a month and 38% never.

The children under 35 are at the top of regular users (42%), ahead of 35-54 years (35%) and 55 and more (26%). Managers also use more (42%) than non -managers (30%).

The use of AI is mainly done (56%) without hiding from the employer, and regular user executives highlight a gain in productivity and efficiency, improving the quality of their work or finding new ideas.

The survey was carried out online in March with a representative sample of 2,000 private managers and by telephone with a sample of 1,002 companies that use at least one framework.
