The Senate adopted a bill on Tuesday to stop the rise of “fast fashion”, this “ultra ephemeral” fashion embodied by the giant Shein and his low -cost clothes sent by millions of China.
A year after the National Assembly, the senators approved, as expected, this agreed text backed by the Government, which plans to define the fashion companies “Ultra Expressions”, criticized for their environmental impact, submit them to obligations and penalize the most polluting. The Eurodiputados and the senators will still have to agree on a common text before the implementation of the reform.
