Boris Pistorius intends to fall under 15,000 to 443,000 euros per threshold below which a contract without formal tenders can be assigned.

These exemptions would not only affect the military team but also civil needs, such as medical team and barracks, largely in ruins.

In the construction sector, the threshold would be scored in a million euros, which would receive 4,000 contracts.

The text also provides exemptions from environmental standards.

The government also addresses the production fabric, offering more financing possibilities to new young companies in the sector.

With this text, Berlin prepares the land for the use of thousands of millions unlocked in March to boost the country’s military spending.
