Refunded or exchanged tickets
SNCF teams have configured derivation routes through the classic line. Contacted by BFMTV, the SNCF specifies that the TGV tracks will recover in both directions around 6 pm at the moment, the trains that circulate arrive three hours late, due to the detour induced by the derivation route and a reduced traffic speed.
The teams are present at the stations “together with travelers to inform them,” specifies the network administrator. Travelers worried about delays in their train can exchange or reimburse their tickets at no cost, remember the SNCF in BFMTV.
