The Government aims to generate a yield of 4,200 million euros of 2026, with the abolition of two vacations, according to the guidance document sent to the unions, on Saturday, August 9, and consulted by AFP.
François Bayrou, who proposed to eliminate on Monday on May 8 and Easter, a very unpopular proposal, has already defended its project by arguing that the latter would allow rectifying public finances.
“If we work two more days, that means that the whole country produces more,” said Prime Minister in a YouTube video published on Tuesday, August 5.
