The management of the airline EasyJet has accepted a salary increase of 7.5% for flight personnel in France, the National Union of Commercial Flight Personnel (SNPNC) said on Tuesday.
“The company accepted our demands. 7.5% increase in base salary 3.5% in variables. And 3,000 euros in VSP bonus (value sharing bonus),” the union said.
Enough to remove the specter of the strike for the end of the year celebrations. The low cost staff had alerted at the end of November “of a very significant risk of work stoppage of cabin crew during the year-end holidays, in relation to salary negotiations.”
