Headed by businessman Raheem Attoumane, himself founder of the successful company Les MajordHome, the Agency for International Economic Cooperation (ACEI) is a non-governmental organization that works daily for the development and influence of Comorian society.
Through the establishment of “Emerging Comoros Plan”ACEI contributes its experience and calls on the diaspora, in order to mobilize technical and financial resources, in the realization of this system that covers the period 2020-2030.
Academic cooperation, culture, art, diplomacy or even humanitarian issues: the Agency has launched several thematic programs, including PAFED: a program to support business training in the diaspora.
PAFED: investment training for the diaspora
Although the Comorian diaspora currently represents more than half of the country’s population -800,000 residents for 400,000 nationals who alone generate a third of GDP-, training in economic and financial issues is becoming a strategic need for the economy and development of this territory. .
To train these people, the African Cooperation Agency offers sessions spread over ten days, where each participant can study different key concepts around investment, and issues related to regulations and taxation.
Acting under the status of an international non-governmental organization, the African Cooperation Agency now wishes to be able to obtain the status of an intergovernmental organization, in order to continue developing its activity with the greatest number possible, promoting the interests and all the wealth of the Comorian society.
