Only slightly less than 500 companies have benefited at this stage from the single window system that allows them to receive public aid in the face of the dizzying energy bill, the Ministry of SMEs reported on Monday.
The over-the-counter aid was for “just under 500 companies, in a context where many contracts were renewed on January 1” and for which the disbursement has not yet taken place, the source was also justified to explain why they were so little used last year.
Can be combined with “electric damper”
To benefit from the “window”, a company must have an energy bill that has increased by at least 50% in a year in a period of two months and this bill must represent at least 3% of its billing.
As of January 1, the “window” can be combined with the “electric damper” that covers 15% to 20% of the electricity bill to SMEs (between 10 and 249 employees) to which The light bills them between 180 and 500 euros per megawatt hour.
“All the CMAs (chambers of trades and trades) have set up telephone campaigns (phone calls) for 8 to 10 days and are in the process of calling the VSEs of their department,” adds at-she.
