Pending the imminent decision of the commercial court that must determine whether Go Sport is in receivership, the Grenoble public prosecutor’s office has just announced that the sporting goods distributor is under investigation for abuse of social property.
The Grenoble public prosecutor’s office seized the investigative section of the gendarmerie in November 2022 for the crime of “abuse of social property” in relation to the Go Sport company, it said on Wednesday, confirming information from the Liberation newspaper.
“The auditors have transmitted several revelations of criminal acts,” explained the assistant prosecutor François Touret de Coucy, in a press release.
