After two years under glass and activity almost paralyzed during the period linked to COVID-19, the events sector seems to have finally lifted its head from the water for the year 2022. If the sector is coming back to life, it is also because It has managed to reinvent itself by offering, for example, the digital experience and experimenting with the potential of online events. This is particularly the case of the company MATCHevent which has even developed, for the occasion, a new entity with MATCHdigital, an antenna entirely dedicated to digital events.
Present on the market for twenty years, MATCHevent supports professionals in the technical implementation of their event operations. Thus, the company offers a complete and tailor-made offer according to the size and realization of the event. “We intervene both for the installation of a flat screen in a stand during a fair and for company meetings, product launches, congresses or conferences” says Jean-François LIENARD, Associate Director of MATCHevent. Every year, the company organizes more than 1,500 events in France but also abroad.
The Olympic and Paralympic Games of Paris 2024 in sight
Aware of future challenges and with the desire to guide its own actions in favor of sustainable development, MATCHevent has also adopted an eco-responsible CSR policy. With the ISO 20121 certification, the company has developed in particular MATCHconcept, an antenna dedicated to the manufacture, layout and decoration of events in order to promote virtuous and environmentally friendly events. “Our goal is to make our partners, customers and suppliers aware of the importance of adopting this approach. This goes through the proposal of reusable solutions but also through the recovery and treatment of waste at events”, says Jean-François LIENARD.
Present for 20 years in the field of events, MATCHevent has become a reference in today’s market thanks in particular to the quality of its services and a now recognized technicality. As the upcoming Rugby World Cup takes place in France in 2023 and the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, MATCHEvent wishes to continue navigating the dynamic that has been its since the post-COVID recovery and thus hopes to continue its development through these new perspectives of evolution.
