France will supply Ukraine at war with Russia with an additional 12 155mm Caesar guns, on top of the 18 pieces already delivered, French Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced Tuesday. These 12 medium-range guns will be “financed within the framework of the support fund of 200 million euros” established by France, the minister said during a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksiï Reznikov.
In addition, 150 French soldiers will be sent to Poland where they will train 600 Ukrainian soldiers a month. A total of 2,000 Ukrainian soldiers will be trained by the summer.
