Strike in refineries and in EDF from February 6

For its part, the oil subsidiary of the CGT has called the workers to strike from February 6 – the day the bill is presented to the Assembly in session – for a period of 72 hours. On this date, the workers will be offered the resumption of the strike “with, where appropriate, the closure of the refining facilities.”

A strike call was also launched at EDF and other companies in the electricity and gas industries in France for February 6, 7 and 8, Fabrice Coudour, national secretary of the FNME-CGT (National Federation of Mining) said on Tuesday. ). and Energy-CGT).
