In full evolution for several years, Data Science continues to bring innovative technologies, thus transforming our way of life. More and more companies are beginning to realize the potential of intelligent assistant models and continue to invest in data initiatives. Created in May 2022, Skilit has precisely developed an innovative solution that facilitates decision support in different sectors. Taking advantage of the latest advances in the fields of language, behavior and artificial intelligence sciences, this young company is trying to make digital more human using a semantic analysis tool. “Thanks to Artificial Intelligence and our algorithm, we are able to verify the perceived meaning of a text and understand the natural behavior of the person who wrote it” explains Julia Santi, president and co-founder of Skilit.
Mainly used in the HR sector, this solution can be applied by recruiters during a recruiting session to benefit from more relevant information about the personality of the candidates. “Even without a resume, this tool allows you to immediately detect if natural talents are suitable for the position to be hired” adds Cyrielle Trouillet, director of operations.
Create meaning factors
Winner of the Marseille Innovation loan fund and labeled French Tech since its creation, Skilit now wants to extend its solution to other sectors and in particular to team sports where semantic analysis can be a determining factor in attracting high-level athletes . “The data must make sense to humans. If we can intelligently correlate it to different types of repositories, extremely interesting things can happen around this data.” explains Julia Santi.
Just arrived on the market, Skilit now hopes to attract other sectors of activity to reinforce the company’s assets and be able to offer this innovative solution to large groups or investing public. An English version is also being finalized.
