“Maintaining the DNA” of the brand
If Quick intends to compete with the biggest, Frédéric Levacher intends to “maintain the DNA” of the brand, including its Giant burger, while “projecting itself into the future” accelerating in particular in digital, but also in innovations, for example through its high-end RemarQuables Burgers designed by chef Norbert Tarayre.
The brand also has a great communication campaign with an ad featuring comedians Eric and Ramzy. You should also strengthen your presence on social networks to reach the youngest who do not necessarily know the sign.
Last year, Quick saw its turnover increase by 25% to 345 million euros, in several comparable restaurants. The brand currently employs 4,500 people and should have an additional 800 by the end of 2023.
