What solutions does Foederis offer?

We are a human resources software publisher, more specifically for talent management. Our offer covers all the HR processes that help the company to attract, develop and retain its talents: recruitment, onboarding, core HR, training, annual evaluation interviews or even skills management.

You joined the Septeo group, what motivated this decision?

Historically, Fœderis is a fast-growing and profitable company, with a presence in both France and Europe. Our particularity is that we address both large companies, ETIs, SMEs and VSEs, in all sectors of activity. We are in an extremely dynamic market and we needed to be backed by a large group to remain active in all these markets. We have chosen to join the Septeo Group in March 2022. This is an opportunity to stay strong and continue accelerating while we work on two strategic axes, technological innovation and the contribution of value, satisfaction and service to our customers.

I founded Fœderis in 1998, and we have grown over the years, along with our market. And this, as talent management tools have become increasingly essential for companies. Today, there are many expectations around the digitization of the processes we deal with. Indeed, companies face a huge talent retention and retention problem.

What is the approach you have chosen for your solutions?

The heart of our system is to offer a tool capable of supporting the company in its evolution. No business is static. Daily events mean you have to constantly adapt. Therefore, we wanted our tools to be highly configurable. Our strength is having a standard and unique product, which is aimed at all companies. It is their level of adaptability that will accompany each company according to the maturity of their HR processes and their evolution.

Why do companies need an HRIS to manage their human resources?

Companies need to equip themselves with tools to optimize certain processes that were previously carried out on paper and, therefore, were cumbersome to manage. This prevented them from keeping in touch with their employees about important HR actions. By eliminating paper and going digital, process times between employees and managers are shortened. The work and time of the HR team is also greatly optimized.

And then, it is increasingly necessary to make the actor a collaborator in his career, giving him the possibility to choose the courses he wants to follow and the skills he wants to develop, and the opportunity to express his wishes for evolution or mobility. Therefore, it is necessary to provide HR tools that are interactive with your managers, your HR department and its general management.
