Talks between London and Brussels eventually led to an agreement on the Northern Ireland archive, according to British government sources at the BCC and The Guardian.
The United Kingdom and the European Union have agreed to a review of the Northern Ireland protocol that has poisoned their trade relations since Brexit, various British media sources from the British government learned on Monday.
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is expected to present the deal in the afternoon after a working lunch with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. They will have a joint press conference in the afternoon.
