New forms of work organization (flex office, teleworking, etc.) are beginning to take hold in companies. Is this also the case for the timeshare manager?
This is indeed the case. For several years a lasting transformation of the organization of work has begun. Business needs are changing. SMEs are increasingly looking for flexibility and skills. However, it can be difficult to integrate full-time salaried executives. That is why, with timeshare, companies can hire all the executive experience they need in a much simpler way and at the right cost. Since Covid, this model has been developed with all companies, VSEs and SMEs, and more and more ETIs that are now interested in it.
At the same time, it must also be taken into account that more and more salaried executives want to continue practicing their profession in a different way: to become independent, relying on a structure. That is why more and more of them are joining the Right Arm of Managers to become franchisees of the network. It is a real social movement that has been confirmed for several years.
For all these reasons, our network has been growing strongly for three years.
Their network is now organized around 6 main areas of expertise. Do you plan to develop new ones?
Our goal is to be able to respond to all executive outsourcing requests from companies. Therefore, this will lead us to develop new knowledge within the network. We plan to launch a new experience a year, more if possible. Among the target areas are the IT department, the export department, the purchasing department, the data protection officer (GDPR), etc. We are also developing new cross-cutting offerings (which can therefore be supported by multiple branches of expertise) that respond to major business issues. I will mention, in particular, the employer brand that we have just launched, and CSR, an offer that we are currently working on and that should see the light of day in the second quarter of 2023.
How will you finance this growth strategy?
Our goal is to double the size of the network in three years. Today it has 150 franchisees. There should be 300 by 2025. That is why the franchisor team must restructure and develop new tools. In order to finance our growth, we are in the process of raising funds that must be completed before the summer. The latter will also allow us to work on external growth operations, with the aim of integrating new knowledge and expanding our national network. Our goal is to grow rapidly to take a leading position in this timeshare market.
Do you also have international ambitions?
We already have a subsidiary in Spain. Starting in 2024, we intend to extend our activities to the French-speaking areas of the European continent. And then we could go even further. In fact, our model can be exported without particular difficulties. The concept of timeshare for executives is already very present in Anglo-Saxon countries. In this context, Bras Droit des Dirigeants intends to develop far beyond the French borders. One of the goals of fundraising is also to build this international development plan.
