The General Directorate of Civil Aviation asked airlines this Friday to cancel 20% of their flights in Paris-Orly, Marseille, Toulouse and Bordeaux on Tuesday and Wednesday due to a strike by air traffic controllers against the pension reform .
The program reductions, to equalize flight volumes and the number of air traffic controllers on duty and avoid further disruption, have already been in place for several days. The administration had already warned that they would continue throughout the weekend and on Monday, before a new day of national mobilization scheduled for Tuesday among the inter-union unions.
