An agreement has been signed on a minimum income for platform drivers in France

The independent distributors of delivery platforms will now be entitled to a minimum wage of 11.75 euros per hour.

The platforms signed this Thursday, in France, an agreement with the representative bodies of independent two-wheeled distributors to guarantee them a minimum hourly income set at 11.75 euros, a first in the sector, according to a press release from the National Federation of Self-Employed Workers. -Vehicles Employees, entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs.

A historic agreement had already been sealed in January on the VTC side. The representative bodies of the VTC drivers then signed an agreement with the platforms to establish a minimum income per race -and not hourly- amounting to 7.65 euros.
