For Sophie Binet nothing is folded for the approval of the pension reform whose decree on the 64 years has just been published. On BFMTV, the general secretary of the CGT scrutinizes with the inter-union “all the legal levers that exist.”
The new head of the CGT also doubts the application of the reform at the beginning of the school year.
“It is totally irresponsible to apply it on September 1. The agents in the funds cannot prepare things and the insured do not have visibility of their rights to their future retirement”, declared Sophie Binet, describing this project as “scandalous”.
“We will not lower our arms or our heads”
on Sunday, in an interview with JDD, the general secretary of the CGT indicated that “nothing is written in advance.” He believes that everything will depend “on the level of mobilization” during the next day of action on Tuesday, as well as “on the vote on June 8” in the Assembly.
He asks Emmanuel Macron to find “the reason and abandon this reform”.
The 14th day of mobilization will be widely followed. On BFMTV, Céline Verzeletti (CGT) maintains that “there will be hundreds of thousands of people in the streets. The anger has not calmed down. We will not lower our arms or our heads.”
